Every Flipkart order you've ever received rode Ekart — the same network now takes external parcels. For sellers, it's a chance to book the infrastructure that already delivers reliably, on your own store's orders.

The network reality

Ekart runs at Flipkart's scale — the hub density, the metro lane speeds, the peak-season experience of India's largest marketplace's logistics. The infrastructure is proven; the external-seller product wraps it for non-marketplace bookings.

Where it's strongest

Metro-to-metro and metro-to-large-town lanes — the network's density concentrated where Flipkart's volume is. Tier-3 coverage exists but the machine is optimised for its primary customer; coverage on secondary lanes is expanding, not finished.

The tooling caveat

Flipkart's internal tools didn't need a seller dashboard — the external-facing product is younger. Expect fewer bells and whistles than Delhivery's seller platform; the trade is infrastructure maturity for tooling maturity.

When to book it

On lanes where it appears in your quotes — the competitive pricing on its strongest lanes is worth picking up. As with all carriers, the quote screen decides per order; Ekart just needs to be in the panel to be compared.

Pakka Parcel runs the whole stack described here — one place for every carrier.

The playbook

1

Enable it as an option

The network exists — put it in the quote pool.

2

Use on metro lanes

The density advantage shows on big-city routes.

3

Watch tier-3 coverage

Expanding but thinner than the majors.

4

Compare per order

Price-competitive where it's strong.
