Air vs Surface Express: Air moves parcels by flight (1–2 days nationally, 2–3× price); surface moves by road/rail (2–6 days, base price).
Why you care: The default should be surface with air as the exception — reserved for genuinely urgent or high-value orders.
In practice: ₹3,500 urgent gift → air at ₹180 justified. ₹400 t-shirt → surface at ₹65; air would eat the entire margin.
