The plugin hooks WooCommerce's order lifecycle. When an order moves into a status you selected (typically processing), the full order — items, weights, address, COD flag — shows live quotes from every enabled courier inside wp-admin. Cancelled orders never leave your store.

Repeat syncs are idempotent — the same order can't create duplicate shipments. The plugin normalises weights to grams and money to paise before sending, so product weight units in WooCommerce don't corrupt quotes. And if the API is briefly unreachable, the order stays put — nothing is silently lost; re-trigger from the metabox.

Your store is the source of truth; shipping should subscribe to it, not the other way round. Set the statuses once and forget the copy-paste ritual.
