The setup — five steps
Install the plugin
Upload the Pakka Parcel zip under Plugins → Add New, or install from the directory once listed, and activate.
Paste your API key
WooCommerce → Pakka Parcel settings: enter the API URL and your key, then hit Test connection — it pings the service live so you know it works before anything ships.
Save your pickup address
The exact address couriers collect from. Hyperlocal riders navigate to it — precision pays.
Turn on order sync
Pick which order statuses get live courier quotes (typically processing and above). New orders land on your WooCommerce admin automatically.
Quote and book
Open any order — the metabox shows a live rate for every enabled courier. Pick one, book, and tracking flows back into WooCommerce.

Bookings debit your Pakka Parcel wallet — keep it funded or booking will pause (the dashboard warns you before it runs dry). Hyperlocal couriers like Porter and Borzo only quote same-city lanes; national orders route to the other carriers automatically. And pushing an order doesn't book it — nothing moves until you click book, so a test order is safe.
